We have been finding some of the hottest up and coming artist here lately. Today we got to interview a dope rapper by the name of "Timmy Thraxx" Timmy is from Texas, and as you all know, the state has ALWAYS been known for producing some of the music industries most successful artists. We feel Timmy Thraxx will be one of the greats. Check out the interview below. 

1. What's your stage name.

Timmy Thraxx 

2. How long have you been doing music?

For about a year now ! 

3. What inspired you to start making music?

I just felt like I had a lot of emotions built up inside of me , & that I should really get them out & express them through music.

4. Who do you look up to in the music industry? Why?

I would have to say I look up to artist like Joey badass & Travis Scott. Joey is a real proficient & fluent rapper & Travis is more of the slow cadence & hype with gives his music a good vibe & I feel as if I contain a lot of those characteristics.

5. Where are you from? What was it like growing up there?

I'm from small town of Rockdale, Texas , but I moved to Austin in my younger teen years & I been here ever since.

6. What is your ultimate goal making music?

Just to be known for what I've accomplished & what I want to achieve in the near future & for the quality of music I will be bringing to the industry. 

7. What do you think of the music scene today and what could you contribute to it?

I feel like it's scattered all over the place with different types of emotions & vibes & it's becoming a mumble game. I wanna be one the ones who remains true to rap by not bringing unwanted values. 

8. What are your thoughts on hurricane Harvey? 

I hate that tragedy!!! My mom & sisters stay in Houston & it worries me that they were unsafe. I just pray that they are okay & that the city unites & has faith. 

9. Do you have any celebrity crushes? If so, who? 

I would have to say Zendaya look out !
