Blood$hot is a threat

We are back! Today we had to link up with LA; Covington, LA to be exact. This cat is so dope and versatile I don't even know where to start. We are almost sure this kid will be in your top 5 by 2018. He goes by the name of, "Blood$hot". And we must say, NOBODY in his area is a contender. His new single, Occupation is bound to turn you up! He has that NBA Youngboy flavor and swagger. Don't believe us? Check him out for yourself. Interview below:

1. What's your stage name. -My Stage Name is BloodShot, my OG started calling me that before he went to jail, and it just stuck 2. How long have you been doing music? ⁃ I've been writing and making music since I was a young boy. I recorded my 1st song in a real studio when I was 13, I'm 22 now. So it's been a passion of mind forever.

3. What inspired you to start making music? ⁃ not knowing how to channel my anger and express my thoughts definitely is the reason I started making music, and the reason I still do. It gives me a voice to say whatever I'm feeling. 4. Who do you look up to in the music industry? Why? ⁃ I would defiantly say Lil Wayne, because how hard he works and how smart he is. He's also from Louisiana like me so I can relate to all his music like it's me that rapping it. He's the GOAT. 5. Where are you from? What was it like growing up there? ⁃ I'm From Covington, La AKA Dodge City. Growing up in Covington was fun and rough at the same time, my friends and I always found something to get into. But it's so easy to get in trouble there. St TammanyParish, which is the parish Covington is in, has the highest incarceration percentage in the world! It's a trap. Either you leave early or you stuck there. I moved to Baton Rouge to pursue my career in music but also to push my self to new heights, and not end up trapped in Covington.  6. What is your ultimate goal making music? My ultimate Goal is to establish my Brand BloodShotEnt and make it worldwide. So I don't have to count on a label. I have my own. BloodShotEnt I stand by it 110%

7. What do you think of the music scene today and what could you contribute to it? The music scene today is a lot of the same stuff, same sounds, same flows, no stories are being told, no lessons are being put into the music, unless it's a Kendrick or a JCole. ⁃ I think of me as a guy who can get the crowd hype as ever, while also telling them something they may not know, or speaking on a issue effecting our everyday lives. I feel like I can make music for all people. No matter what race, or gender. 8. What are your thoughts on hurricane Harvey?  I think Hurricane Harvey is a terrible tragedy that I hate to see people having to deal with. Being from Louisiana I saw what every one went through with Katrina and I wouldn't wish that on my enemy, so pray for all those affected by that horrible storm.  ⁃ Also pray for those in the path of these new storms that are developing. 9. Do you have any celebrity crushes? If so, who?  Rhianna is definitely my celebrity crush, I put her name in one of my best tracks. "Satellites" go check it out on my Spotify or Apple Music. 10. Where can the people find your music? (Drop all social media links) People can find me on SoundCloud (Blood$hot ) and Apple Music,iTunes, Spotify, google play, Tidal. Basically all major services.
