LC - Oxymoron

YO! We just can not stop! No matter the hate or shade. We are the hottest up and coming blog out there for under and coming artist. We found a cat living in Dallas, TX by the name of LC. Now y'all know damn well how much we love Texas. We take our hats off to all the artist out there because they have such a dope music scene. Before last week, we had never even heard of this cat, but we are glad to have discovered him now. LC just dropped a dope project entitled, "Oxymoron" this dude is not only lyrical, but the production and everything is on point. Check out the interview we did with him.

1. What's your stage name. My name stage name is LC short for Lil Chris 2. How long have you been doing music? I would make songs with my bros but I never took it serious until this year so about 10 months.

What inspired you to start making music? being on the music scene & being around people who make music, feeling like I have a story to share with world, and just wanting something different out of life besides working for somebody else. 4. Who do you look up to in the music industry? Why? I look up to the group Blacc Gold which was formerly known as Yung Stonerz because their music is inspirational and I can relate to it on a spiritual level and their flow is undeniable. Bankroll Fresh because I felt the struggle in his music, I felt certain stuff he use to say about staying down even when nobody else looking out and he had the best flow coming out of Atlanta. Rest In Peace to that mane! Kendrick Lamar because he don't sugar coat nothing and he stay kiccin conscious shit. Starlito & Don Trip because they're underground artist with street sense & crazy bars! So basically anybody that's not lying in their songs. I can't forget Nipsey Hussle! 5. Where are you from? What was it like growing up there? I was born in Monroe,La and mane its ugly out there! Growing up in Monroe in a town full of hatred you either had to be good in ball, school, or making music or it ain't no getting out of it. I moved to Dallas when I was 13 though. 6. What is your ultimate goal making music? Honestly my ultimate goal in making music is to take care of my family and become the family provider so I can have us set for generations. Make a way for my niggas so their kids and family can be straight too and inspire youngins to be the greatest them they can be, it don't even have to be with rap just be yourself, that's what I do. 7. What do you think of the music scene today and what could you contribute to it? On the cool it's cheesy but easy. It's so much bullshit being promoted when I say bullshit I mean violence amongst our own people, gimmicks, just not enough originality. The only thing I can contribute to rap is me, my lyrics, and my beats. It's already too washed up. What are your thoughts on hurricane Harvey and the other tragedies happening lately? Mane Hurricane Harvey really was a tragic situation due to the fact that it hits so close to home (down south) and this wasn't no regular flood, people really lost everything they had and I got family out there so it's just sad witnessing that happen to my people and everybody else. All I can say about the other tragedies is that most of this is man made and we're living in the very last days, stay prayed up. Do you have any celebrity crushes? If so, who? I mean not really...but I'll see who crushing on me once i takeoff. 10. Where can the people find your music? Build my own studio from the ground up , invest in maybe 1 or 2 businesses & some stock. Payoff my student loans and put the rest up. A million just ain't enough for me. 12. How did you hear about allthathiphop? If im not mistaken I found out about All That Hip Hop today on Instagram through this chick's promoted post by the name of Lula "Luwop" or sumn like that and I noticed y'all were promoting her, can't really remember.
