Ty-Zay Next To Blow 🔥🔥🔥 TEXAS

We always show love to Texas, but this artist right here is particularly one of our favorite. He goes by the name of Ty-Zay. He looks up to people like PAC, Wiz, Drake, Wayne...GREATS! Little does he know, he will be considered one really soon.

Check interview below:

1. What's your stage name.

"Ty-Zay" 2. How long have you been doing music?

"I been doing music for about a year now that’s when I dropped my first single Crossfaded featuring my homie frankB and it went viral around different schools in the Austin Area over 1,000 views on soundcloud and over 1,000 on an Instagram post and after that I took it more serious." 3. What inspired you to start making music? "I started off producing first, my cousin Telvis Jenkins taught me everything about producing and he the one that really inspired me to do music when I was about 19 but I started piano lessons at young age when I was about 7. My cousin passed away my first week of college and it made me grind harder in my productions. My mother went to jail and rehab for a year the exact same week and then that’s when I started writing and rapping and put my single out." 4. Who do you look up to in the music industry? Why?

"I look up to 2pac Shakur, Lil Wayne, Drake, Z-ro, Boosie, Wiz Khalifa. I chose them all for different reasons 2pac because of his story telling about the world. Lil Wayne because of his metaphors. Wiz Khalifa because of his productions and his style of beats he uses and Z-ro and Boosie because they talk about the struggle and how hard it gets sometime in the world. Drake because of his versatility in music." 5. Where are you from? What was it like growing up there?

"I was born in Houston, Texas but I was raised in Columbus Texas. Columbus is a small town in between Houston, Texas and San Antonio, Texas right off of I-10. I grew up in an apartment complex we called Crack City in Columbus with both of my parents and they were both teenage parents. Growing up there you had to make something out of nothing and stay active and be creative to stay out of trouble." 6. What is your ultimate goal making music?

"My ultimate goal in making music is to touch people in different ways and create a different sound that’s unique. I want to touch different emotions in people in a create I am not trying to be the best rapper alive I want to make people have fun and turn up and then make them sit and think about life in different stories." 7. What do you think of the music scene today and what could you contribute to it?

"I think the music scene today is good because there are a lot of young CEO’s around now trying to build and empire that they weren’t born into and they are succeeding for their families and that’s what I’m trying to do. My thoughts on the new wave of music is good and love where music is going because this new wave gets people dancing and put fans in a good mood so I like where it is going. I think I can contribute a whole new flavor of music and a new sound and speak for fans that are motivated to get money and encourage them in different ways at the same time. Feel like it’s not just about the music it’s also about the business." 8. What are your thoughts on the Vegas Shooting that left more than 50 people dead?

"Sad story I just pray for Las Vegas and everyone that lost a loved one." 9. Do you have any celebrity crushes? If so, who? 👀

"My Celebrity Crush was Ashanti." 10. Where can the people find your music? (Drop all social media links)

"In 2018, I want to put out different projects and visuals to contribute to the music industry and create a new sound an have label distribution."
