Or maybe the newer generation like Go Yayo, Trill Sammy, Khalid, Tay K, and many more. These are all well known Texas INDEPENDENT artist who made a name for themselves not only in Texas, but WORLDWIDE. This next guy will easy be someone you can add the the list of successful rappers, because it's only a matter of time before he blows up. 2018 is his year. All he has to do is stay grinding and be consistent. He goes by the name of K-Redd

1. What's your stage name.

"K-Redd" 2. How long have you been doing music?

"1 year" 3. What inspired you to start making music?

"I ended up in jail .. My moms had a nervous breakdown & came close to death burning over 65% of her body , both of my parents are disabled . I just don’t want them to have to worry about anything anymore frfr" 4. Who do you look up to in the music industry? Why?

"I look up to Z-Ro, young boy, mozzy .. rappers that speak to you & not just flex . They got me thru jail & all the hard times. Everything they rap or speak I feel like it’s for me ." 5. Where are you from? What was it like growing up there?

"I’m from Marshall tx , 18 years old . I lived there all my life . The smallest town you can think of. Everyone know eachother , so talking isn’t an option .. about nothing . I’ve always wrote music , I never had a chance for people to hear my storyYanno . I moved to Houston & now we’re here." 6. What is your ultimate goal makinng music?

"To help my family , my brothers , my city mannn ... I have big dreams frfr" 7. What do you think of the music scene today and what could you contribute to it?

"The music scene looks iffy . You can see the difference in rappers . I’m not in for the flexin , that comes with it .. I’m in this to help my people.. get us all out the struggle ." 8. What are your thoughts on Trump?

"He’s the president . Not much anyone can do . So I just don’t speak on it." 9. Do you have any celebrity crushes? If so, who? 👀

"Nahh not yet . Just tryna stack rn . That can come later ." 10. Where can the people find your music? (Drop all social media links)

"I record at Studio713 in Houston tx. All of my music is in my email. I haven’t had a connect to promote my music on anything but Twitter & instagram live ." 11. As the new year approaches, where do you see yourself in 2018? 

 "2018 , I see myself grinding like never before. Helping not only my family , but for every other person out there that jail isn’t the end , you can make it no matter where your from . By 2018 I hope & pray I’m where I need to be to just put my music out."
